Needed a new impeller for my boat in a hurry. Called dockside and Ian was a great help, was able to lookup required impeller without boat serial number, Dockside had an overhaul kit which included the impeller and new housing in stock. More expensive than Amazon but can’t beat the speed of in-stock or the helpful discussion, so worth the extra to be back up and running same day.

Mason was absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond for his customers and really knows his products. He showed us many boats and was super patient with us. We ended up buying a Harris pontoon boat that we are very happy with.

Just purchased a 2024 Harris Tritoon last week from Mike Marshall at Dockside Marine, and it was one of the easiest major purchases we've made. They were very straight forward with a great price with little hassle and little back and forth petty negotiating. If I could rate 6 stars, I would! Mason Rice was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was in search of a new boat trailer for my Sea-doo and Mason hooked me up with a brand-new Marlon and even accommodated the transfer from my old trailer to the new one at their boat launch. I was worried the process would be cumbersome but it was as smooth as butter. I will definitely return to Dockside when I am ready to add a boat to the lineup in the future!

Friendly counter staff, gave me some advice to try no pressure to want me to bring it in. Ended up bringing it in anyways. Dealt with Conner who was friendly to work with gave me the honest run down on the problem and had it fixed. I own a surf boat with teenage boys that I don't get to see much of, just the bills. I have been using Dockside Marine for over 5 years. I have found them to be okay for sales and service. They always seemed to be more interested in sales rather than service - until recently. Dockside was sold last fall and the new owners recruited Taylor Doll as the new Operations Manager. There was been a significant uptick in morale and a culture shift to be more service focussed. Every once in a while you want to give credit where credit is due. We bought a new Sea Ray Sundancer 350 and got it brought up from California last spring. Arriving at Dockside they had the equipment and staff to unload, launch, winter store, maintain, and safely return it to the waters this spring.
