After a windstorm caused over $30,000 in damage to my pontoon boat, I needed major repairs—new flooring, fence replacement, and a full pontoon replacement. From start to finish, Dockside exceeded all expectations. Daniela is truly an amazing person who genuinely cares about the customer. She went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was smooth and positive. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Greg, the technician who did the repairs, showed incredible attention to detail. His work was flawless, and I’m so grateful for the pride he clearly puts into everything he does. Tim, the Foreman, oversaw the entire process and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated his leadership and care throughout the job. The whole team worked hard to source original parts and made sure every part of the repair was perfect. Everyone at Dockside was friendly, helpful, and committed to delivering top-quality results. I purchased my first boat from Dockside a few days ago. The staff there treated me great. I had about 4 hours total of experience operating a boat before this purchase and was a bit nervous about getting out on the water on my own. During the process Mason took me out on the water and coached me on the operation of the boat. I appreciate him taking the time to do so.
